I just updated this display adapter driver and it seems to have lightened up images on my monitor a lot, especially in the shadows. Its probably more accurate but it makes a lot of my old work seem washed out and not as I intended it. Has anyone else had this? Is it normal?

Seems the freakonmics guys have written a new book and its controversial if nothing else.
